Joining a Waitlist
Can't find an opening for your preferred studio or time? Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when something becomes available.
What the Waitlist Is For
Sometimes the perfect studio is booked when you need it. Instead of constantly checking back, the waitlist does the work for you.
When you join a waitlist, you're telling us: "I want this space. Let me know when it opens up."
How to Join
- Find the studio you want
- Click Join Waitlist
- Fill out the contact form with your preferences
- Our team will reach out with a payment link
- Complete payment to secure your spot
Payment Options
When paying your waitlist deposit, you can use:
- Credit or debit card — Processed instantly
- Bank transfer (ACH) — Pay directly from your checking account
After You Pay
Once your payment is complete, you'll see a confirmation page showing:
- Your studio preferences — The location and size you selected
- Your deposit amount — What you paid and how
- What happens next — We'll notify you when a matching studio opens
Your deposit will be applied to your first month's rent when you move into a studio.
Setting Your Preferences
When joining, you can customize how flexible you want to be.
| Preference | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Accept first available location | We'll notify you if any location has an opening, not just your first choice |
| Accept first available resource | We'll notify you if any studio at your chosen location opens up |
Being flexible increases your chances of getting a spot sooner.
Deposits
Some waitlist spots may require a deposit to hold your place.
- Deposits show you're serious about booking
- Your deposit applies to your session when you book
- If you cancel before getting a spot, your deposit is refunded
The deposit amount (if any) is shown before you confirm your waitlist spot.
Checking Your Status
Your waitlist entries appear on your Account Overview page, mixed in with your reservations. You can also view them at the dedicated waitlist page.
Your waitlist request will have one of these statuses:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | You're on the list, waiting for availability |
| Fulfilled | A spot opened and you've been notified |
| Cancelled | Your waitlist request was cancelled |
| Expired | The waitlist period ended without an opening |
Getting Notified
When a spot opens up, we'll contact you right away. Act fast—popular times fill up quickly.
You'll receive:
- An email notification with the available slot
- Instructions for how to confirm your booking
If you don't respond in time, the spot may go to the next person on the list.
Need to Cancel?
If you need to remove yourself from a waitlist, please contact our support team and we'll take care of it for you. If you paid a deposit, it will be refunded when you cancel.
