Once your team account is set up, here's how it works for team members.

How Team Credits Work

  • Credits are pooled — All members draw from the same team balance
  • Personal accounts stay separate — Team bookings use team credits, not your personal payment method
  • Book as usual — Select a space and time, then choose to pay with team credits at checkout

Adding or Removing Members

Team membership is managed by our staff. To add or remove members from your team, contact us at support@metrognome.com with:

  • Your team name
  • The email address of the person to add or remove

We'll take care of it and confirm when it's done.
