Managing Reservations
Once you've booked a session, you can view or cancel it from your Account Overview page.
Viewing Your Reservations
To see your upcoming sessions:
- Click your profile icon in the top right
- Select Account Overview
- Find your reservations in the My Reservations section
Each reservation shows the studio name, location, date, time, and total cost.
Modifying a Reservation
Need to change your time or switch studios? Contact our support team and we'll help you reschedule.
Canceling a Reservation
Plans change. Here's how to cancel:
- Go to Account Overview
- Find your reservation in My Reservations
- Click Cancel
- Confirm the cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is straightforward:

| 24+ hours before session | Full refund |
| Less than 24 hours | No refund |
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-7 business days. If you paid with credits, they're returned to your account immediately.
Getting Your Access Code
After booking, you'll receive an access code to enter the studio. Here's where to find it:
- Confirmation email - Sent right after booking
- Account Overview - Find your reservation in My Reservations to see the code
- Reminder email - Sent 24 hours before your session
The access code works for the duration of your booking. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
