Finding Available Times
Metrognome's booking calendar makes it easy to find open slots and schedule your session.
Checking the Calendar
To see availability:
- Go to Locations and select a studio
- Click Book Now to open the calendar
- Choose your date to see available times
The calendar shows a week at a time. Use the arrows to navigate between weeks.
Understanding the Calendar
Time slots are color-coded so you can quickly see what's open:
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Available - ready to book |
| Gray | Unavailable or closed |
Off-Peak Hours
Some time slots display a purple "Off-hours" chip. These are off-peak times when the studio has lower demand—great for last-minute bookings or flexible schedules.
Minimum Booking Duration
Most studios have a minimum booking time, usually one hour. You can book in 30-minute increments after the minimum.
For example, you might book 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, and so on.
Tips for Finding Time
- Book ahead - Popular times can fill up days in advance
- Be flexible - Off-peak hours are often available same-day
- Check multiple studios - If one room is booked, another size might be open
