Transaction History
Your transaction history shows every payment and credit on your account. Use it to track your spending.
Viewing Your Transactions
From your account overview, click Transactions to see your complete transaction ledger. Each entry shows:
- Date — When the transaction occurred
- Description — What the transaction was for
- Amount — How much was charged or credited
Transactions are listed with the most recent at the top.
Understanding Your Ledger
Metrognome uses two types of currency:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| USD | Real money charged to your payment method |
| Credits | Account balance that can be applied to bookings |
When you pay for a booking, you might see both — credits are applied first, then any remaining amount is charged to your card.
Transaction Types
Here's what different transactions mean:
| Transaction | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Booking Payment | Charge for a reservation |
| Membership Payment | Monthly or annual membership fee |
| Credit Purchase | You bought credits for your account |
| Credit Applied | Credits used toward a booking |
| Refund | Money returned to your payment method |
| Credit Refund | Credits returned to your account (e.g., for a canceled booking) |
| Promo Credit | Free credits from a promotion or referral |
Your Credits
Credits are automatically applied to future bookings before charging your card. Credits don't expire, but they can't be converted back to cash.
