Profile Settings

Your profile controls how you appear on Metrognome and how we contact you about your bookings.

Updating Your Information

Go to AccountProfile to edit:

  • Name — How you appear on bookings and to studio staff
  • Email — Your login email and where we send booking confirmations
  • Phone — For text reminders and urgent booking updates (optional)
  • Bio — A short description about yourself (visible to studio staff)

Click Save after making changes.

Profile Photo

Add a profile photo to help studio staff recognize you:

  1. Go to AccountProfile
  2. Click your current photo (or the placeholder)
  3. Upload an image from your device
  4. Adjust the crop if needed
  5. Click Save

Deleting Your Account

If you need to delete your account:

  1. Cancel any active or upcoming bookings first
  2. Contact us at support@metrognome.com
  3. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your booking history will be removed from our system.
