Communication Preferences

You control what marketing messages you receive from Metrognome. Transactional messages — like booking confirmations, reminders, and password resets — are always sent regardless of your preferences.

Managing Your Preferences

1. Go to Account → Preferences
2. Toggle Email Marketing on or off
3. Toggle SMS Marketing on or off (only shown if you have a phone number on file)
4. Changes save automatically

To opt out of all marketing at once, click Unsubscribe from all marketing communications at the bottom of the page.

Unsubscribing via Email

Every marketing email includes an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it immediately opts you out of marketing emails. You can re-enable them anytime from your Preferences page.

Unsubscribing via Text

Reply STOP to any marketing text message to opt out of SMS marketing. Reply START to opt back in.

What You'll Still Receive

Even if you opt out of all marketing, you'll continue to receive:

• Booking confirmations and reminders
• Payment receipts and invoices
• Password reset emails
• Other messages directly related to your account activity
