Access Codes
Access codes let you enter the building and studio. There are two types of codes you'll use on Metrognome.
Types of Access Codes
Personal Permanent Code
Your personal code is shown on your Profile page. This code is unique to you and doesn't change. Use it to enter building common areas during normal operating hours.
To find your personal code:
- Go to Account → Profile
- Your permanent access code is displayed on this page
Reservation Codes
Each reservation has its own temporary access code that unlocks the studio door. These codes only work during your booking window.
To find a reservation code:
- Go to My Bookings
- Find your upcoming reservation
- Click to view the details
- The access code for that booking is displayed on the reservation page
Reservation codes become available shortly before your booking starts. You'll also receive the code in your booking confirmation and reminder emails.
Using Your Code
When you arrive at the studio:
- Locate the keypad at the entrance
- Enter your access code
- The door will unlock
The code works for the building entrance and your assigned studio room.
Troubleshooting
Code not working?
- Double-check that you entered it correctly
- Make sure you're within your booking time window (codes activate shortly before your start time)
- Confirm you're at the correct location
Can't find your code?
- Check your booking confirmation email
- View your reservation details in My Bookings
- If your booking is still in the future and no code appears, check back closer to your start time
